Our platform is bringing extra revenues 24/7 to high street retailers and helping to regenerate the retail industry.Alan’s background in investment strategy, international finance, and experience navigating global markets positions him as a key asset in driving strategic decisions for Resonance Café. Due to his location and experience in the USA, Alan is responsible for RZN8 expansion into that market.

AMERICAN CONTINUUM (“AMCON”) is a USA-operated and managed investment advisory, established to invest in outstanding retail properties in Secondary and Tertiary CRE Markets within the Mid-Western, South and South-Eastern USA. The investment mandate is focused on grocer-anchored strip centers with value, service and Internet-resistant tenants with good predominantly national credit ratings.

Continuum Investments is an investment advisory company which setup and managed a Private REIT for South African institutional investment into the USA Market in 2017. The fund successfully acquired 9 Power Centre assets totalling 2 600 000 Square Foot Gross Leasable Area and $460 Million in value, over a 2 year period. CIL exited in July 2019.

Chilli Projects offered high-level entrepreneurial, marketing and financial skills on a clearly defined, short- to medium-term project basis. The following are examples of past projects:Property: consulting on feasibility, business plans and marketing during the planning stages of various property developments. Multifamily: Packaging of site and development plans for a multifamily development in Cape Town, South Africa.Hotel: Packaged and negotiated the sale of Plantation D' Albion Club Med (the largest Club Med resort at the time) in Mauritius, to USA REIT WP Carey.Another Prior project was the development of an innovative “Retail Solution” for large corporate retailers looking to trade in high-growth emerging African markets.Training Project: Alan was part of an EU funded project to provide technical assistance to relevant Agri-sector Intermediary Organisations, to improve the competitiveness and the international recognition of Agri-products of Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda farming and commerce organisations.

The Worldcommex platform provided a range of integrated solutions for the producer including various trading mechanisms, market access, pricing transparency, certification standards integration and training, logistic options integration and payment security.

TicketWeb USA was the first online ticketing solution worldwide, and pioneered innovative and unique retail distribution partnerships, blending marketing and cost-effective distribution synergies for the benefit of TicketWeb customers. Alan was founder and CEO of TicketWeb South Africa, and a shareholder in TicketWeb USA.
