Citiori is a boutique firm which introduces and delivers exclusive private, off-market investment opportunities to the qualified and more discerning private investor seeking value and capital growth.We work directly with Principals which comprise Entrepreneurs, Founders of Start-Ups, small businesses, and SMEs. Such investment propositions via Citiori are not publicly available and would tend only to be so via more private channels or networks.Our principals’ core objectives are usually for them to work solely with a single core private investor or where required, a small number of selected investors (opportunity dependent). Some principals may seek the advantages of not only investment capital, but also any necessary industry/sector expertise and/or other value-added inputs. Given such criteria, our own approach and commitment to principals and opportunity type is selective.Our network comprises a select group of private investors – these ranging from Entrepreneurs, Angel Investors, Professional Investors, and HNWIs only – all of whom have experience in investing in private, unquoted businesses from or at the early stage and beyond.In general, our approach is sector agnostic when it comes to the opportunities we introduce – however, consideration is always given to the broader context and wider market trends or factors in determining what propositions become available via Citiori. Examples of such sectors are healthcare, technology, e-commerce, real estate, and renewable energy.
