Manage and motivate team members-Act as Safety and Emergency Director ( Fire safety, Occupational safety, Civil Defence and Environmental Protection)-To support, train and coach personnel and supervisors/managers/directors in Operational Excellence and in implementation of tools and philosophy. -Optimise production operation regarding to productivity and quality according to set targets -Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System so as to ensure its successful implementation; organize the preparation tasks for Quality certificate(ISO,BRC etc.) and audit the company product quality management system. -To support and guide the implementation and development of a continuous Improvement Processes-To follow up the operational excellence implementation and report to Senior Management the process phases and results as well as development of resources in Walki CSU.-Responsible for production budgeting and waste management-Ensures that Company rules and procedures are followed.-Responsible for minor operative investment planning and execution-Other projects or duties from time to time as appropriate to the needs of the business-As an expert to follow the operational excellence development in general.-To build up "operational excellence network" and "Best Practice Sharing" inside and outside Walki CSU.-To support implementation and development of KPI systems.-To lead projects concerning operational excellence and improvement processes case by case.-To communicate with Walki Group relating to Operational Excellence.-Monitor Safety of the staff and relevant suppliers on site and make sure all necessary safety procedure is fulfilled for suppliers. -Other duties and responsibilities given by Managing Director

To supervise and coordinate the shift at the absence of the Extrusion manager.To teach, control and supervise all extrusion coating standards and processes.Improve continuously efficiency, waste level and productivity at Extrusion.Organize and supervise the work according to the safety and environmental regulations at Extrusion and reel slitter.To serve all other company departments in solving overall tasks with extrusion coating related detail support.
