Guangzhou

IE: conduct new product launch including APQP,PPAP and SOP phases. Do the investment analysis, set up BOM, build up prototype sample, time study, motion study, work out flow chart, FMEA, control plan and WI, design the conveyor line, wire racks, rework tool and test sequence. Conduct model year change and engineering change. Contiual improvement.ME: Conduct preventive maintenance and accident maintenance. In charge of die center, prepare die parameters and conduct SMED project.Facility: Make sure power, water, air condition, compressed air and workshop working properly. Conduct relevant facility expanding projects.ATBU: Assembly tool building unit including conveyor line, wire racks, rework tool, test machine and etc.

Guangzhou

Design team: 1. Technical file checking and discussion with customer. 2. Structure design and outline design. 3. Work out flow chart, FMEA,control plan and WI. 4. Production tool prepare.PE: 1. New product launch including APQP, PPAP, SOP. 2. Assist CSE to deal with the customer complaints. 3. Continue improvement.
