Expanded the company’s property development programme in Scotland and North of England and as a wholly owned subsidiary of Associated British Ports plc asset managing the none operational port holdings.

Responsible for running the firm’s industrial agency desk in Glasgow and latterly given the opportunity to set up the retail department covering Scotland bringing with it short periods of secondment to the firm’s London office. Duties involved acquisition and disposal of property, valuations and rent reviews.
