*Key responsibilities: - Control and direct the activities of the plant, develop both the short term and long term strategy to meet company’s financial and strategic objectives; - Lead the team to achieve company financial target, like EBITA, revenue, inventory, cash flow; - Drive continues improvement on customer OTD, Quality , efficiency, cost; - Build up a 0-harm working environment*Key performance: - Lead the plant to profitable from losing money by changing the business model: from inter-company business to third party customer business, from producing and selling components to producing and selling finish products to customer; - Build up safety culture in the company, create safe working place for employees, More than 1500 days no incident. - Initiative many Lean activities to improve quality, efficiency, inventory, etc… for instance 5S, Standardized work, TPM, Cell production, etc... so that Sales per employee improved 2 times during my employment; Achieve inventory turns 7 Vs division level 4; - Developed many new products to support sales growth; and calibrate with other divisions, help other divisions to produce some products in China . - Achieve 93.2% OTD by optimizing the supply chain and Planning - Optimize the quality system, implement self-inspection, reduce customer complaint more than 80%
