Working supervisor responsible for the daily work performed by the prep department including monitoring job activity, assigning work, reviewing instructions, supervising work to ensure quality control, overseeing prep workload, assessing prep quality, maintenance of equipment, prep inventory, and other duties as assigned.

Responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with the goal of having those individuals become patients of Oak Street Health. Generate leads by effectively engaging Medicare senior community through event execution and local community outreach. Maintain internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings to learn about new updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives. Prospect and cold call to prospects & new leads assigned.
