Presently working in Dubai Aluminium Company (DUBAL) as part of the Instrumentation/Automation Department. I am a licensed Electronics Engineer in the Philippines and have been working in the field of industrial automation/Instrumentation and control for the past 17 years. Vast experience in maintaining, installing, commissioning, upgrading, and troubleshooting wide variety of field instruments, actuators, VFD drives, HMI, SCADA, and PLC. My present responsibilities include maintenance and calibration of field instruments like pressure transmitters, weighers, metal analysers, temperature sensors and transmitters, Optical Character recognition (OCR) systems, etc. I am in charge of developing HMI applications of Allen Bradley Panelview plus and standard HMIs using RSView, PanelBuilder and FactoryTalk View softwares, maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC programs and hardware (ControlLogix, PLC5, SLC500, CompactLogix for Allen Bradley and S5/S7 for Siemens PLCs), programming of Motoman and Fanuc Robotic welders, and conducting condition monitoring of critical equipment using vibration, temperature, and ultrasonic analysis.
