• prepare interim and annual reports pursuant to the statutory requirements of a publicly listed company in Hong Kong.
• initiate and execute corporate finance, merger & acquisition, corporate governance as well as other financial management and business re-engineering programs.
• formulate and implement strategies for strengthening and expanding the group’s business.
• work across finance and functional areas to ensure corporate goals are communicated and a road map is in place to reach these plans.
• establish and implement the necessary financial policies to meet with corporate objectives.
• cultivate and maintain good relationship with the financial media, investment community, bankers and other professional bodies so as to enhance the corporate image

• manage all business operations of the corporate head office in Hong Kong, overseas subsidiary offices as well as the manufacturing plant in the PRC.
• lead and manage a team of managers in overseeing all sales and marketing, purchasing, engineering, production, quality, logistics, information technology, human resources and office administration functions.
• formulate and implement appropriate policies, strategies, procedures and systems to meet the growth and profitability of the group.
• review and monitor performance against operating plans and standards.
• advise the Board of Directors on all financial matters relative to operations and investing activities.
• participate actively in strategy development and constantly seek opportunities to add value to the group.
