Teach online doctoral classes for the School of Behavioral Sciences.

Taught Psychology to first year students at a Caribbean medical school. Also provided counseling and psychotherapy for all students and staff. Served on 3 admin committees. Chair, Dept of Behavioral Science and President of the Faculty Senate. Faculty Advisor for the Women Medical Students Association and Muslim Students Association.

Served as one of two psychotherapists serving a small island of 1500 people. Case load was diverse and included marriage and family therapy, domestic violence counseling, and working with adolescents (pro bono work for the middle and high schools) and individuals with a variety of mood and anxiety disorders, thought disorders, substance abuse disorders, and transitional situation disturbances. Worked closely with island physicians in assessment, diagnosis, treatment delivery, and follow-up.

Provided consulting services to companies across the United States. Focus was in the areas of executive assessment and counseling, leadership development, change management, organizational assessment and executive teambuilding. Representative clients included Abbott Laboratories, Anheuser-Busch, Barnes-Jewish Hospital / Washington University Medical Center, AOL, General Motors, Harley-Davidson, Union Pacific Railroad and the U.S. Air Force.

Provided OD consulting for a 14,000 employee Fortune 150 Company operating in 30 countries. Activities split between working with senior managers at corporate headquarters and managers and employees at the 16 domestic and European manufacturing sites. Duties included organizational needs assessments, designing and implementing programs to gain support from local managers and employees for corporate change initiatives, facilitating teambuilding activities, identifying ‘human’ needs to forward operational plans, providing leadership training and other organizational effectiveness activities.

Provided internal consulting from the corporate headquarters to key operations on a variety of organizational change projects in the Baldrige Award winning TI Defense Systems Group (now Raytheon). Managed and taught several leadership courses internationally for the TI Corporate Leadership Development Center.

Full-time one-year Clinical Psychology internship (APA Approved) at a VA Medical Center inpatient psychiatric ward.
