The Central Falcons are the 2016 Scholastic Clay Target Program National Highest-Over-All Champions as well as the 2016 National Skeet Champions, 2016 National HS Skeet Champions, and 2016 National HS Sporting Clays Champions. Currently our team has 86 athletes ranging in grade level from the fourth grade through High School Seniors.

As the Head Coach I accept complete responsibility for the safety and well being of the 86 athletes on our shooting team and its 16 certified coaches. I recruit athletes, maintain all registrations and records, offer regular staff development, and shape the team "ethic" in a way that complements our goal of youth development with shooting as the vehicle. I deligate and oversee the responsibilities for maintaining financial accounts, and practice planning to my Assistant Coaches. As Head Coach I am also do fund raising, and I serve as our team representative to our conference, state, and national organizations. Our athletes compete in several local invitational tournaments, three state championships and a national championship annually. In the 2015 and 2016 seasons we were Our Conference Champion High Over All team (combined Trap, Skeet, & Sporting Clays results) and the Wisconsin State Champion High Over All Team. In 2015 we were the 1st Runner-up National High School High Overall Team, and in 2016 we were named the National High Over All Team in both the squad and High School categories..

My responsibilities included recruiting new families to take a six week archery class and encouraging then to join the archery club. I was also responsible for recruiting certified archery instructors to help teach the classes, and served as the lead instructor which involved creating and implementing a lesson plan of my own design based upon the National Archery in the Schools Guidelines. I ran two classes per year for the tenure of my volunteer position.

I gave private and semi-private Sporting Clays lessons to members and guests of the club. Frequently, I pulled targets as well. Additionally, I trained the pullers at the club to serve the clientelle better by offeriing shooting tips and other helpful advice.
