Personal Choice - Working at a Part Time profile, still enjoying and contributing broadly to my workplace. Also enjoying more time to myself while maintaining a hunger to learn and to pass on my past experience.Previously worked as Management across both Operations and Finance at senior level. Recently returning to similar roles during management leave but only on a relief basis.Have had significant roles in structural re-configuration for both staff and systems.Adept at establishing and/ or contributing to positive organisational culture. This includes contributing roles in restructures and planning procedural changes to fit new structures.My focus approach is firstly, the human resource, then building organisational structure and systems that evolve naturally driven by the adaptability of well chosen staff.Strong communications and interpersonal skills, both with management, customers,peers and staff.Analytical Skills are coupled with ability to transfer data and reports to 'plain English' format.Trained in accounting but have generally moved to Operations, including higher level customer service. I have been lucky to have had a cross section of work with about half of my working life in a commercial (airline / travel) environment prior to joining the educational sector.

Facilitate ethics discussion classes for primary school children.I was part of the original start up cohort in 2011 with Years 5-6 and then took on Years 3-4.After 6 years I have decided to take a break and perhaps do relief classes for unforseen absences.It has been rewarding and, as I expected, the children have given me some memorable moments and a better insight on the mindset of the young. The children have mostly exceeded my expectations.
