  Was responsible for starting the business in November 1983. Have subsequently been involved in both it's organic growth and integrating aquisitions into the Company over the past 35+ years, I have been in a variety of senior managerial / director positions within the Star Cargo PLC Group over the same period. Currently acting primarily in a Sales, Customer Services, & Marketing Director position at Sealane, but with wide ranging responsibilities, which include targeting potential new clients, new industries, overseeing the sales process, key client account management, including service reviews, working with clients to introduce new strategies to improve their performance and identify failings in their Supply Chain. I have a great deal of experience in Conditions of Carriage within the European transport industry, and in particular dealing with CMR Conditions- involving damage and loss claims and cargo Insurance matters. Lately I have been very involved in Sustainability, Carbon footprint measurement and reducing C02 / GHG outputs - we believe we can offer substantial Co2 reductions and would like to bring our Customers along on this hugely important journey towards net zero.
