At Professional Property Services (PPS) we supplied Property Professionals with services that included Building Services Engineering Consultations, SAP Assessments, 2D & 3D CAD Drawings, Floor Plans, Photography, Energy Performance Certificates (Domestic, Commercial & New Build), Electrical Works, Gas Works, Plumbing and Heating Works, Heating Oil Works, Insulation Works and Property Maintenance across the Northern Ireland. Through Cogan Trade Services I ran a property renovation business.

I work with distributors, merchants/suppliers, product installers, marketing team and of course all the sales personnel across the island of Ireland. I am based in Northern Ireland but travel to where I am needed on the island. I work with some great people who have the right attitude, good focus and determination to grow the brand with me which shows in a huge increase in sales figures during my time with the company. I am the lead on all sales & marketing projects and focused on a good coherant sales and marketing strategy to compliment our strengths. I changed from the role of Area Business Manager to a more technical based product training/sales role in January 2023.

Property Assessors Ltd was set up in April 2007 as a Home Information Pack provider based in Bristol supplying HIPs and Energy Certificates to Property Professionals, Sellers & Landlords across all of England and Wales.

As MD I over saw the growth of the business from a start up to a sellable business which was sold in 2007. We imported health and beauty products from Canada into the UK & EU market. The business model saw tied to a distrbution license aquired from the product manufacturer in Canada. My day to day duties saw me lead the marketing campaigns and the business development through networking, trade shows, advertisements and cold calling until we took on a BDM for the role in 2005. I coordinated with the technicians who demonstrated the products and with my operations manager who dealt with the import, storage and distribution side of the business. I enjoyed this role and the experience gained through running the this company. I was one of the main shareholders and was glad to see a healthy return on my investment.
