My position is as General Manager of the Company. My areas of responsibility are overseeing all sides of the Company. To reach this position this required attending several courses in Company law and various exams. My areas of responsibility are customer communications, training of staff, accounts, tax-vat, advertising, telephone systems, letter writing, selling, helping design website, marketing the Company, Customer services and dealing with associate Companies to facilitate the running of the business. This is an extremely demanding job with the need for extreme accuracy and perfect English. I can use the following computer programs, Word, Excel, Outlook Express, PowerPoint, Fact finder, Mozilla. I have the ability to learn any new system required. Over the years of my employment I have learnt to be flexible and have had to learn many new technologies and systems and adapt to many different working environments from small organizations to very large multi -national companies.
