Watching The Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show in 1964 changed my life completely. As it did many people of my generation. Although already playing guitar for a couple years, this solidified everything forward. MUSIC! MUSIC! MUSIC!The Beatles, mainly John Lennon inspired me to play guitar and more importantly write songs.A graduate of Berklee College of Music with a B.A. in Composition. Other musical influences, mostly guitarists are Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Duane Allman, Jimmy Page, Johnny Winter, George Benson, and Wes Montgomery. I like all kinds of music from rock to jazz, hip-hop to classical and everything in between. I had at least three careers so far, a professional guitarist, record label owner and professor of music.My first love is playing guitar. I played for dozens of Broadway shows including Lion King, Rent, Grease, and Billy Elliot. Toured with Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame’s Bo Diddley, Ronnie Spector and Shirley Alston Reeves and worked with celebrities like Simon Cowell’s international sensation Il Divo, and legends Little Anthony and the Imperials, Speedo and The Cadillacs, Bob Hope, Mickey Rooney, Chubby Checker, and Rosie O’Donnell. Who could remember all the names? Wow that was a lot of fun!Owner of ACM Records, Inc. an indie label with focus on music publishing and music licensing. Since 1991, representing indie artists and composers from around the globe includingSome of ACM Records’ clients include NBCUniversal, Disney, Miramax, Verizon and MTV. We worked with greats like Chaka Khan, Earth, Wind and Fire, Big Daddy Kane and Melle Mel to name a few. My production music library CueHits Music represents thousands of tracks of original music that is used for Film and TV and anything that uses music. I personally compose and produce many of songs included in the library.
