• Design, train and guide all Rio Tinto producing sites in reconciliation systems• Annual collation, analysis reporting and feedback of reconciliation returns for all producing sites • Review and overhaul reconciliation systems on site as required (Gove, Oyu Tolgoi, IOC, Boron, RUL, RBM, QMM, Weipa)• Facilitate corporate assurance compliance audits (ERA, B4, HD, QMM)• Present annually at CP (Competent Person) conferences• SPAR (Sustainable Production at Rossing) member for Mine Geology, Mining and OBK (Orebody Knowledge)• IPT NP (Improving Performance Together - Next Phase) member for OBK during KUCC engagement• Commodities: Iron Ore, Copper/Gold, Coal, Bauxite, Uranium, Diamonds, Mineral Sands, Talc, Salt• Open cut and underground
