Within the biopharmaceutical industry I worked as a manufacturing engineer. This role allowed me excellent experience, working in a GMP Fill Finish Facility, with both Restricted Access Barrier and Isolator Fill Line technologies. In this position I was responsible for trending of Fill data, seeking to establish the root cause of recurring fill line issues and key areas for continuous improvement including normality testing and Cpk analysis using Minitab and JMP. Examples of CI project implementation include modification of bracket for the stopper presence sensor on the RABs filling line and assisted in the digitisation of team training records from a paper-based system to an electronic system. Throughout the role I assisted the Engineering team in preparation and completion of the following regulatory inspections including, HPRA, FDA, ANVISA and Russian and Korean Authorities.
