With over 15 yrs experience in project driven logistics, including a strong background in Heavy Haul/Heavy Lift, rail and barge transport, I have successfully coordinated the logistics of well over a quarter million tons of multimodal, break bulk and project cargo. I am proficient in all aspects of project management including; feasibility studies, route surveys, pricing, bid proposals, vendor contracts, field coordinating, HSE, p&l reporting, billing, Business Development, and customer relations. I successfully set up and supervised the daily warehousing and shore base operations for Marine Well Containment Company (MWCC), a member based emergency response consortium including BP, Chevron, Shell, ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips, Houston TX. In addition to coordinating virtually all major mobilization efforts for MWCC (2011-2015), I served on the MWCC Logistics Team as an inventory controls and transportation advisor during countless Incident Command System drills and physical inventory activities. During the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, I took up the role of fixed wing air charter coordinator (for BP Execs and essential response personnel) and a critical cargo specialist on the logistics and decommission teams at BP’s Westlake Crisis Center in Houston, TX. At ASCO, I coordinated the delivery/storage /preservation/refurb and subsequent MWCC handover of said decom equip.. I have also acted as a logistics subject matter expert and global liaison for other well containments systems stored in Houston and around the world, including BP-CRS, WWC WellContained, HWCG and recently Trendsetter/SWRP, where I supported the development of a global emergency mobilizations plan for OSRL equip, for a member wide exercise based on a Petrobras wellsite in Brazil. I most recently duplicated my effort in a nationwide emergency response plan for a consortium of power/utilities companies participating in a spares transformer program.
