● Extract and interpret all information provided by customer’s CAD drawings to quote and build an electrical harness: ○ BOM (Bill of Materials) ○ Wiring lists ○ Splicing diagrams ○ Subassembly sheets ● Apply reverse engineering to harness samples sent by potential customers. ● Develop visual aids for operative personnel.● Program and create all equipment needed for proper electrical testing using Dynalab Test Systems software and hardware.● Determine cost-effective manufacturing procedures and materials. ● Testing product prototypes to adjust design flaws.● Ensure the final product meets customer standards and industry regulations.● Engineering support for resolution of doubts and problem solving in the production floor.
