Dedicated IT Systems Administrator. I worked with ISS managing their IT across Ireland between July 2021 - June 2022. I worked with Prodieco Advanced Engineering Solutions from July 2022 - June 2023, managing their IT across 2 Dublin sites and 1 Poland site. I am currently based in Amryt Pharmaceuticals. I have worked here since June 2023 - Present. Duties include:O365 – Managing all environment including creating users account, managing groups, SharePoint administration, security and compliance, azure active directory.Azure – Managing and monitoring VM’s and back-ups.Active Directory – Creating users, groups, managing AD environment including Azure AD Sync, off-boarding users.Hardware - Setting up hardware for new starters to the standard required of the business. Dealing with Software such as Emax, Solidworks, Cimco, MS Office Apps, AutoCAD, Okta, Oracle and more.

After completing a 6 month internship as part of my course, I was offered a full time role as Lead IT Technician with GreenIT. I gained valuable experience working for this fast growing company.

As a lounge boy, I was responsible for general lounge staff duties such as collecting glasses, ensuring a clean environment for the customer, taking customer orders and ensuring that the customer had a pleasant experience. I was also responsible for stock replenishment in both the bar and the off sales.After my first year with The Swallows Pub, I was promoted to a barman in the pub and a sales assistant in the off license.
