Level 26 - 99 Bishopsgate 11,000sq ft of Cat A offices space delivered for Brookfield. The project included full strip out and the completion of two new high spec WC's.Arcadia HQ – Arcadia – £44m This 150,000 sq ft Cat B project saw ISG carry out significant enhancements at roof and sixth floor level, before progressing down the building to deliver a further three floors of high specification office accommodation and a spacious corporate reception area at ground floor level. The multi-phased construction programme adopted a top down approach and enabled Arcadia staff to remain in occupation within the building throughout the duration of the scheme. The scheme also saw us construct two glazed roof structures over existing courtyard areas within the centre of the building, creating two full height atriums, a new 3 storey spiral stair case, hair salon, client showroom space and a full kitchen and bar area. Aldwych Quarter – Kato Kagaku Co. Ltd - £60m This design & build project included the refurbishment of Bush House, the old BBC headquarters. The Aldwych Quarter project included the full strip out of four buildings, significant structural alterations to remodel and reconfigure accommodation, while working within historically sensitive environments. The entire project delivered 300,000 sq ft of lettable high-specification Cat A office with Cat B receptions, staircases and toilet blocks.As well as my role of construction manager, I was also responsible for overseeing the temporary works for the entire project.

Responsible for interviewing and employing all members of the CAD department.Nine years experience as a structural CAD technician, including steel, concrete, glass and cladding systems. Site experience includes surveys, fabrication inspections and providing assistance to external contractors. Manage & Implement all information technology systems.
