*Ensure compliance with State Fee Schedules*Research and create fee schedule rule specifications for automation*Work with multiple departments to develop and update proprietary software applications*Perform final Quality Assurance testing of system fixes and enhancements*Create software Release Notes to define software instructions and enhancements*Review bills for newly implemented state Fee Schedules*Create software documentation and train new system users*Analyze new client workflow and recommend best practices during Client Implementations*Provide software demonstration and review sample bills for prospective clients*Analyze internal business needs to create and implement solution*Analyze external potential and existing client workflow to integrate software solution

Sole trainer for entire US, providing small to medium sized group training and one-on-one user education to external clients, marketing prospects and new employees

Application expert and end-user liaison for post-implementation issues regarding detailed technical system capabilities and enhancement requirements

Provide project leadership and troubleshooting on application enhancements to ensure consistent standards in insurance cost-containment systems
