Reporting into the QA Manager within Solution Delivery, the role provides overall end to end management for all Releases, Environmental and Implementation including Defect management. The team is responsible for establishing and managing the release management processes, tools, standards and reports across the business.. • Monitoring the progress of defect resolution and intervening proactively to ensure that all are addressed in a timely fashion.• Acting as a key point of contact between developers, analysts and testers to ensure that each party has the information required to address defects. This can include defect descriptions, screen shots, logs etc. • Provision of daily/weekly management information (MI) covering defects at appropriate levels of detail for a wide range of stakeholders both within IS and across the rest of TDDI.• Presentation of status reports covering release defects at daily/weekly release and release cool-down meetings, weekly meetings with business senior managers.• Oversees release deployment strategy/plans, portion of new releases• Develops basic management principles/ best practices/ financials through managing/supporting releases• Owns partner relationships where TDDI are a customer focusing on effective service delivery operating within approved MSAs with full adherence to the set framework • Anticipates and effectively manages third-party risk; aligns vendor/ partner-related decisions to TD’s risk profile; remains abreast of internal policies, regulatory requirements and changes as they relate to third-party relationships• Management of rebuilds, data extract of test environments, working with support teams and deadlines so these can be handed over.• Code Management of external and internal code into test environments

Responsible for the preparation of all documents for Live Implementations for all Releases, IS Projects, Ad Hoc Business Projects and IS Initiatives throughout the year. Providing full end to end implementation management support for any Live Implementation.

Responsible for the transferring of all electronic client portfolios held in either a Nominee accounts , portfolios held overseas and shares held electronically by a Company registrar. Also perform internal stock account to account movements.

Responsible for resolving all the exceptions which come out of our reconciliations, ensuring that all trades are fully reconciled and that our book of records matches that of our external custodians. In addition they are also responsible for the matching and settlement of all trades via Crest for UK & Ireland, the generation and amendment of Contract Notes.

Responsible for providing excellent customer services to our clients both on the phone, face to face and through written communication. Dealing with all customer enquires, complaints, executing trades, feedback, business development, and monitoring of trading accounts including uk and international trading requests.
