Develop sustainable and co-produced models of learning where possible.•Manage, support and train part-time, sessional and volunteer community learning and development staff. Support local and national practitioner networks and participate in ongoing professional development.•Undertake quality assurance and self-evaluation in line with ‘How Good is Our Community Learning and Development? framework.Support outcome focused and participatory approaches to planning and evaluation using a range of methods and tools, including LEAP.
