Develop sustainable and co-produced models of learning where possible.•Manage, support and train part-time, sessional and volunteer community learning and development staff. Support local and national practitioner networks and participate in ongoing professional development.•Undertake quality assurance and self-evaluation in line with ‘How Good is Our Community Learning and Development? framework.Support outcome focused and participatory approaches to planning and evaluation using a range of methods and tools, including LEAP. Develop planned and reflective practice which is rooted in the values and principles of Community Development.•Develop new working partnerships with the local communities, voluntary sector, public agencies and local educational partners, including schools.
