-Managed engineer planning for a division headquarters of 300 personnel; oversaw operational planning, maintenance support, engineer estimates, and operational assignments. -Managed the deconstruction and transference of $110M of land and assets from U.S. bases to the government of Afghanistan, on schedule.

Afghanistan

Led a team of 6 to mentor Afghan facility engineers and their departments on facility operation and maintenance, staff training and management, equipment procurement, and critical infrastructure maintenance contracting. Transitioned 60 facilities valued at $30M from U.S. management to Afghanistan National Army and National Police. Planned, resourced, and supervised construction to improve safety and quality of life for Afghan maintenance personnel.

-My initial years in the military provided the opportunity to successfully complete several Progressive Developmental Assignments including Company Executive Officer, Platoon Leader, Battalion Signal Officer, Battalion Plans Officer. -While my role varied greatly between leadership and administration during these early assignments, project management remained a core aspect of my responsibilities and allowed me to establish the foundation on which I could continue to build my understanding.
