Scripted a number of KSH scripts and scheduled jobs in control-m. Technical Project Lead and Architect for 4 projects, also project managed a performance project for the NEMMCO system which involved liaising with external parties i.e.: Telstra and NEMMCO. Designed, scripted (DOS) and deployed a RMAN/Tivoli backup strategy for all Oracle databases on MS Windows.

Provided an archive strategy for a Payroll an HR system. Pinpointed a number of application flaws and database base design issues and provided a number of resolutions and recommendations. Prepared a performance recommendation paper with spare time as a result of completing the archive strategy project ahead of time

Developed a generic replication script to replicate data via RDB and SQL Server and vice versa via Transparent Gateways and DBI. Redesigned a very complex and critical distributed Organisation database replication (data distributor) and streamlined which resulted in better performance and minimised the need for outages with effective design techniques.
