Responsible for the inspection of new buildings and conversions to ensure compliance with NHBC standards and building regulations. I managed a team of 21 staff, delivering full and part time courses in Carpentry, Brickwork, Painting and Decorating, Plastering, Electrical, Plumbing and Interior Systems as well as Professional Building courses including Extended Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment and HNC in Construction, to approximately 500 students.
