He has a total of 25 yrs. exp. in the environmental industry, including, air compliance, hazardous waste, and subsurface soil and groundwater investigations. He has occupied management positions with two prominent environmental consulting firms based in Dallas and East Texas and has also worked in the environmental services department at a large Iron Foundry where he gained management experience related to Air Compliance issues.Other experience includes private consulting related to environmental/industrial project management for various environmental service companies. Mr. Dover formerly served as full-time project manager for CCC Group, Inc. (CCC Group), (a diversified construction company recognized world-wide). Mr. Dover has served on the Board of Directors for a company employing innovative new steam technology. Mr. Dover has extensive experience in the performance of subsurface soil and groundwater investigations and has managed numerous site investigations in Texas and other states across the country.
