Mr. Dover has served on the Board of Directors for a company employing innovative new steam technology. Mr. Dover has extensive experience in the performance of subsurface soil and groundwater investigations and has managed numerous site investigations in Texas and other states across the country. He has established positive working relationships with both federal and state regulatory agencies as well as with city and regional agencies.
