Once I left Bedrock I was able to jump right into owning my own business. There's nothing like the satisfaction of owning and running your own company. It is a fun ride, and I enjoy helping my current customers with their IT challenges, but I am aiming to keep it a part-time venture.

I continued to work for the clients that came to IIS from Goliath Networks. These businesses included small mom-and-pop companies all the way up to a worldwide electronics retailer. During my tenure at IIS I was fortunate enough to perform subcontracts for Novell Consulting at a major midwestern government, America First Credit Union, based in Ogden, Utah, and Radio Shack, based in Fort Worth, Texas.

I started my consulting career with Valcom, which later became Inacom. With the much-appreciated guidance of Karen Bagwell and Bruce Kiefaber, I learned the ropes and eventually lead the successful K12 schools team of consultants.
