Commercial Training Manager Central Division
CurrentManaging training programmes for the commercial development of 1300+ divisional team members across 185 centres for Europe's largest fast fit parts company with a £300m turnover.* Initially assessing training strategies and implementing comprehensive changes by developing effective working relationships with Divisional Director, 13 Operations Managers and head/divisional office teams.* Project managing the establishment of a state-of-the-art divisional training academy that meets delegates' expectations and achieves corporate training objectives and targets.* Co-designing, implementing, and personally conducting training programmes including the company induction programme, the successful management of a Kwik-Fit centre, and sales training.* Increasing the independent mystery customer scores by 10% across centres through implementation and management of a first-class customer care training programme.* Liaising with internal and external contacts, agencies and suppliers to optimise training opportunities.* Consistently achieving project conclusion against timescales, quality standards, budgets and stakeholder aims by carrying out forward planning, report writing, communication and delivery.* Managing accurate and timely completion of the nomination process for up to 180 delegates per month by assisting operations managers in selecting their most suitable delegate, and communicating information regarding courses including accommodation, timetables and changes to maximise opportunities.
