Direct and manage the National Recovery Center which consists of six departments including Administrative, Deficiency Recovery, Asset Recovery, Agency Management/Relations, Bankruptcy and End of Term Recoveries. Duties consist of the management of a National Recovery Center. Acting in this capacity, I have been responsible for the restructuring of the center to implement new processes and procedures to increase annual recoveries from $38 million to $200 million in three years, with less than a 12% increase in staffing. In addition, oversaw and directed major projects such as Imaging and Document Management for HFS, Title Outsourcing, Centralization of Bankruptcies, and Repossession Management outsourcing.

Directed and managed the National Business Processes and Business Planning and Development. Duties consist of directing and managing the functional business. Served as Executive Sponsor for FLASH, an umbrella for the development and replacement of all systems. Acting in this capacity I have delivered a new origination’s system, a customer interaction system, enhanced management system reporting and a single sign-on application system. Completed business process reengineering of nine regional service centers and three centralized locations, consisting of end of term, remarketing and recovery operations. This resulted in adopting best method practices and initiating consistency of operations.

Directed and managed the Western Region Service Center. Duties included administration; operations and underwriting of a profit center that consist of special retail and lease programs relating to the luxury and near luxury vehicle market in nine western states. Directed and coordinated four other regional service centers, pertaining to policy, procedure, budgeting/expense control, mainframe system support and other special programs and projects. Annual originations exceeded $900 million.

Directed and managed the Flight Control, Service Desk, Air Space, Documents, Air Tariffs, and Air Inventory Departments as well as coordinating the activities of the National Airport Representatives. Total staff averaged 105. Other duties included the negotiation and maintenance of Airline contracts, and the development of operational systems support.

Directed the activities of Special Auto Services. Responsible for a profit center that consisted of business development, credit approval and processing, collections and operations. The department's business bases included consumer and commercial direct lease/loan business, and other major financial institution's referral business and middle market acquisition purchases. Annual originations exceed 75 million.

Managed existing dealer accounts and the acquisition new accounts. Discussed and resolved mutual problems, stimulating dealer interest in obtaining additional dealer business and soliciting dealer's cooperation in improving general credit and insurance experience. Service included all phases of retail, lease, commercial and wholesale financing and retail wholesale leasing.
