The basic service is simply putting up, changing and taking down 'For Sale' and to 'To Let' boards on both a residential and commercial basis. As Director of the company my role is to negotiate with new sales and letting agents regarding their current sales and letting board management systems with a view to improving their efficiency, reliability, consistency and growth. I also liaise with our current agents on their specific needs, and ensure their daily instructions are met within forty eight hours. This service is then managed by an online board management system which provides agents with a snapshot of exactly what's going on with their boards at all the properties they are currently listing.
