We are a business based in Saddleworth, Oldham, covering the Leeds and Bradford area's. We offer 'For Sale' and 'To Let' board erection services to all estate and letting agents in the both area's. The basic service is simply putting up, changing and taking down 'For Sale' and to 'To Let' boards on both a residential and commercial basis. As Director of the company my role is to negotiate with new sales and letting agents regarding their current sales and letting board management systems with a view to improving their efficiency, reliability, consistency and growth. I also liaise with our current agents on their specific needs, and ensure their daily instructions are met within forty eight hours. This service is then managed by an online board management system which provides agents with a snapshot of exactly what's going on with their boards at all the properties they are currently listing.

This company was established in 2001, as a franchise with Shell UK. We started as a one site petrol station, with large shop based in Oldham, Greater Manchester.Since May 2003 we expanded our stations from one to two, and gradually finished in 2006 with six in our group.My role was to manage and over see each site, and work with my managers and staff in providing the customers with a pleasant and happy experience when buying their fuel. We excelled in our customer service and efficiency and provided our base of customers with everything they required in both our forecourt and shop area's.
