Over the last 18 years of employment the most important skill I developed was customer service skills. My mechanical and electrical skills developed while working in maintenance paved the way for my current position which includes installing fire extinguishers and exit/emergency lights. I explain test procedure of extinguishers and why it’s so important to have them inspected regularly. My goal and ambition is to further my knowledge of alarms and fire panels. With good customer service skills, a hunger to learn more, and a good attitude anything is achievable!
