P&L responsibility for this flagship business. £120m turnover with c650 employees. I lead and managed a team of VPs to establish and execute the strategy for growth, operational excellence, and to deliver lean transformation initiatives, whilst continuing to ensure the achievement of the necessary levels of compliance. This long cycle business operates within a complex environment of both OEM design and manufacture with long term risk based support aspects.

Encompassing two 'revenue streams' across the SBU (strategic business unit), with accountability for performance of these businesses in the UK and the US, with a turnover in excess of £100m. A high profile customer facing role.

General Manager of Fleet Services business. Accountable for the performance of the business unit, which included delivering growth; developing and executing the strategy, and achieving customer satisfaction.

A project focussed on the re-genration of the site, capitalising on my experiences in operations, supply chain and site plant manager. The result was a significant reduction in the overall footprint of the site, seeing through a global outsourcing programme, and the re-investment in plant and infrastructure. My role was to lead the programme throughout a number of difficult phases.
