I am an experienced individual with a proven track record of delivering in operational roles within a fast moving and changing environment. A proven customer and people champion who is able to deliver challenging business objectives within budget.I have a breadth of transferable skills from Operational Delivery and Outsource (Supplier) Management to Project Delivery and Continuous Improvement.I am currently responsible for the delivery of O2’s Customer Service Chat and Asynchronous Messaging services via our outsource partner.
