As OnGo Alliance’s Executive Director I have the primary responsibility to effectively direct the various Alliance operations to achieve the goals of the Alliance, broadly stated as achieving the full potential of the CBRS band for the Alliance membership. I implement the direction of the President and Executive Committee (EC), and support the Alliance’s officers and Working Groups in its execution. I proactively identify issues, address the Alliance’s critical problems, and anticipate future needs of the organization and its membership. I work to assure that the organization and its mission, programs, products, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders, in particular to the Alliance’s membership.

As Executive Director I assisted the membership in realizing the strategic vision provided by the Board of Directors. During my tenure CCC certified over 1000 different mobile handset and car infotainment systems for the MirrorLink technology. I was responsible for ensuring the organization operated within its budget and found creative means to achieve a diverse set of goals for the members. I also served as President of CCC during my tenure and acted as a neutral 3rd part in ensuring that CCC operated fairly and openly. Achievements included paving the way for MirrorLink to become an ETSI published technology standard, registering the MirrorLink trademark in over 90% of the world's nations, conceptualizing and guiding new projects for CCC through approval by the Board of Directors and launching the China Region MirrorLink Technology Center. I was responsible for day to day operations and resolving issues before they became a problem for the organization.

This role complimented my work as Executive Director by expanding my duties as the primary spokesperson for CCC, promoting MirrorLink among members and non-members, and making sure that the internal workings of the Consortium ran smoothly.Specifically in this role I: * Worked closely with the membership to retain current members and recruit new member companies * generated, updated and executed strategic plans of the organization * reviewed general budget planning and monitored expenditures and income to ensure funding of organizations strategic objectives * Interfaced with national and international regulatory and standardization bodies * Planed and executed marketing campaigns for CCC * Acted as CCC's primary spokesperson to the press, government agencies and in industry meetings. * Interfaced and managed CCC's staff members on a regular basis * Manged a culturally diverse and widely geographically dispersed organization * Monitored and act on global trademark violations * Worked to ensure that all aspects of the CCC's operations ran smoothly, efficiently and effectively

Chaired the Certification Working Group for the Car Connectivity Consortium (CCC). I was responsible for the development the operational model, writing all processes and guiding the selection and auditing of the initial set of 3rd party test labs. The CCC's program certified phones, infotainment headunits and smartphone applications in the MirrorLink environment.

Developed strategic and tactical plans on deployments of new technologies for Nokia. Most closely associated with the Terminal Mode (now MirrorLink) technology. Also participated in discussions regarding NFC and HAIP technologies.

Developed strategic and tactical plans for implementing and influencing the various product certification schemes for Nokia's products. Interfaced with Nokia Product Development teams and represented Nokia in various industry organizations. These included PTCRB, GCF, WiFi Alliance, WiMax Forum, GSMA and CTIA.

Represented Nokia in various industry forums including CTIA, WiFi Alliance, PTCRB and WiMax Forum. Chaired working groups in CTIA, WiFi Alliance and WiMax Forum.

As regional Quality Manager I was responsible for helping develop and maintain the Quality Management System for our San Diego, Vancouver and Dallas test facilities. I performed audits, prepared documentation, coordinated with external accreditation bodies and helped keep Test and Certification Center, North America fully accredited for their scope of testing. I assisted our team with doing root cause analysis on issues that arose and helped find quick and cost efficient solutions to problems.
