• Management of the full IT responsibilities of the organisation.• BIM Coordination, Management and Production.• Mechanical design duties and Coordination of MEP installations.• Team management, recruitment and training including Revit training and support and assisting in the development of advanced Revit skills.• Supporting a team of ten Revit/CAD users both practically and with the provision of technical/IT support.• Maintaining and upgrading the network infrastructure to support Revit and IES data.• The production and maintenance of Revit families and templates.• Project management and planning using systems such as Asta Powerproject.• Completing MEP surveys.• Conducting coordination workshops with design teams and site installations • Producing fully coordinated M&E models/drawings (eg, plantrooms, risers and ceiling voids).• Producing 3D models, sketches, images and Gantt charts and reports and presenting such data in meetings and progress reports.• Working both on and off site alongside architects, structural engineers and construction teams.• Pivotal in the improvement of quality, accuracy and speed in the delivery of projects.• Conduct Mechanical Design duties and Coordinate MEP installations with Architects, Structural Engineers and Construction Teams.• Flexibility and willingness to be fully adaptable to the delivery and maintenance of new systems and responsibilities within the organisation.• Time management, both of my own workload and those within my team to ensure excellent delivery of services from the onset to completion of projects.

Providing a high standard of draughting services for a diverse range of companies including The Strong Group, Kimpton Building Services and Jeymech Contracts Ltd with primary focus on the production of pipe, vent and electrical drawings Demonstrating the ability to conduct accurate site surveys prior to and post installation

Responsible for the analysis and breakdown of ductwork drawings for utilisation in the manufacturing and fitting process Ensuring all activities are performed in strict compliance with HVCA DW144 specifications Playing an integral role in the completion of a train rolling stock project with personal responsibility for producing 3D diagrams for insertion into the HVCA pressure testing reference manual
