Municipal finance advisor for 13 municipalities in Eastern Afghanistan. Led team of 13 embedded local advisors who helped improve accounting and budgeting.

Subcontractor to Mauritius Land Administration Project. Developed data collection and valuation methodologies. Trained over 200 data collectors who collected data on 400,000 properties throughout the island.

Public Finance/Decentralization advisor to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Local Development in Cairo, Egypt

Embedded municipal advisor - Peje/Pec followed by local public finance advisor based in Pristina. I funded and assisted the updating of the municipal appraisal, billing and collection software, piloted the development of municipal audit committees, and helped municipalities implement program budgeting.
