Graduated nursing school from Arkansas Tech University in 2005. Obtained lots of nursing experience over the years. Worked in the adult world where I spent the first 2 years on the job working as a cardiac cath lab nurse and did a couple stents of travel nursing in that department. Then changed directions and went bedside where I worked at Arkansas Childrens Hospital where I worked in every department of inpatient including the Burn Unit where it was 99% adults. Did that for around a decade. Once moved to Hot Springs and became a full time family man, I started finding roles where I could work and be there for my children and wife. I became a pediatric home health nurse for 5 years. Lost that job to a vaccine mandate. I am a man of character and conviction and proud I stood up for myself when so many others wouldn’t or couldn’t. I am currently working as a substitute nurse at my children’s school. Pay isn’t great but I love being able to help the nurses there when they are in need. I am also involved in politics. I just ran for Justice of the Peace in my county and won my primary.. so once I win the general I will start that in January. I am also a board chair president on Beacon of Hope non for profit and board member on Anchored 619. Also a non voting member on Hot Springs Soccer Association. I am a member of the Hot Springs Rotary Club. Last but not least, I serve my church at New Life Church Hot Springs as a Kid Life leader where I get to mentor and educate 1st-4th graders about the joys of Jesus and truths of the Bible.
