Managing 6 stores in Central London covering all retail aspects including all sales and P & L

Responsible for the opening of the stores on time and to a "The best it will ever be" Standard. This included full 360 working with support centre stakeholders, store teams, external merchandisers and contractors.

I was part of the roll out team for the new store computer system. This included the logistics of the kit. The booking of hotels and the training of store and support centre colleagues.

Store Manager placed into some under performing stores across South and west London.I started as a part time sales assistant at 16, i worked my way up to store Manager in 4 years after completing my A levels.-All levels of store management experience-2 Year secondment in the roll out of home delivery from inception right through to an all store roll out
