This is a unique opportunity in leadership where I am responsible for managing an individual team of up to 10 Cabin Crew. In the air I operate as SCCM on A319/A320/A321/B747/B787/B777 aircraft responsible for up to 16 cabin crew on board. I am involved in all aspects of end to end people management from recruitment to reward and recognition for my team of up to 10 Cabin Crew, holding probation, absence review, performance & conduct meetings within company procedures and in line with trade union guidelines. I have full accountability for my team. As the Senior Cabin Crew Member, I am responsible for the delivery of all cabin service standards and ensure all safety standards are adhered to.
