This is a unique opportunity in leadership where I am responsible for managing an individual team of up to 10 Cabin Crew. I look for opportunities to motivate and inspire my teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. In the air I operate as SCCM on A319/A320/A321/B747/B787/B777 aircraft responsible for up to 16 cabin crew on board. I role model the Best of British Airways by delivering our company Service Hallmarks as well as being a management representative responsible for the on board customer experience. Leading my on the day team of Cabin Crew, I motivate and inspire them to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering a level of service that our customers expect from the British Airways brand. On the ground I am a remote Band 3, People Manager, where I am empowered as part of the Leadership Team to make decisions in order to get the best from my team. I am involved in all aspects of end to end people management from recruitment to reward and recognition for my team of up to 10 Cabin Crew, holding probation, absence review, performance & conduct meetings within company procedures and in line with trade union guidelines. I have full accountability for my team. As the Senior Cabin Crew Member, I am responsible for the delivery of all cabin service standards and ensure all safety standards are adhered to. Training Specialist for First Class and Visual Media. Responsible for update of all training delivery materials and lesson plans to ensure consistent delivery of First Class Customer Service Training to Cabin Crew as well as Lounge staff across the Emirates Network.Delivery of all First Class training sessions including introduction of new A380 aircraft to fleet. Conducting TNA and SWOT/GAP analysis of all courses as well as introduction of Brain Friendly Learning initiatives.Recruitment of Full Time and Part Time trainers as well as conducting the learning and development of new team members, by conducting session observations.

Operated as Purser and Performance Executive, responsible for a team of up to 50 crew across all grades, carrying out line check flights and developing team members through their career. Operated on A320 and A321 aircraft as a franchise partner of British Airways.

Work across all grades up to Purser on B727, B777, A310, A300 aircraft delivering Emirates high standard of in flight service.

Worked as No2 Cabin Crew member on DC9 and B737-300/400 aircraft delivering Diamond Service on domestic and Shorthaul flights across network.
