I have experience of negotiating and agreeing annual service budgets, along with operationally managing and maintaining them within agreed limits. I have an extensive range of management experience, from first line management, directly line managing front line staff, through to my last few senior management roles directly reporting the COO. I have experience in managing operational services across multi sites. When Head of Wellbeing for Essex Cares, I was responsible for more than 30 sites across Essex, with in excess of 250 staff. I am currently Head of Business Support at ECL. Managing 4 services within the Business Support Centre. These include the Customer services call centre, the workforce resource planning team, the assessment and review team. I have actively led operational changes by restructuring services and integrating teams from across different specialisms. Not only has this been beneficial in cutting costs, but also enhancing new opportunities.
