Operated the traffic signals, directed the turn on of signal systems, reviewed consultant plans for signals, illumination, signing and pavement marking, programmed controllers, performed corrections to existing systems, prepared or directed the plans for new signals, prepared and installed traffic signal coordination plans and implemented their operation, prepared orders for traffic signal control equipment for the county government, and addressed the traffic control needs for school signals and other traffic control devices.
