Communicate with agents, policyholders, co-workers, and other service providers by exercising strong/outstanding telephone and writing skills for service requests.Interpret, date stamp, and distribute mail and other production output in accordance with the distribution information provided and add notify trailers as needed for Life and Annuity policies.Prepare maintenance for the client database for all life and annuity changes including assignments, beneficiary ownership, name and address changes, etc.Utilize the Internet, Equifax, Accurint, and case files to assist in processing the returned mail for current addresses.Process transactions including Life loans and dividends, simple surrenders on UL and Life policies, and not taken on life and annuity. Includes applying and reversing payments.Utilize the imaging system for research and problem solving for required processes and prepare documentation for imaging as permanent records.Utilize the image/workflow system and CRM to process work.Process suspense items, cancellation/voids checks, miscellaneous entries, outstanding checks, and other related accounting functions.Prepare 1035 Exchange notifications on inforce policies to the field force to conserve business. Construct and maintain the appropriate spreadsheet and/or data base for 1035 Exchange administration.Prepare duplicate policies/certificates for policyholders and standard confirmations to Social Service Agencies. Provide backup coverage to the Call Center during lunch daily and on an as needed basis.Monitor service standards and reporting.Monitor processes related to POS processing.Provide expertise and comprehensive information pertaining to the procedures/practices for all individual in-force products that are administered or offered for sale.Utilize all available resources, procedures, and systems for research and problem resolutionResponsible for monitoring reports related to POS processing.
