Call on media and entertainment entities, grant providers and individuals to secure financing for the film’s production and post-production financial requirements. Pursued leads in- and outside the entertainment market segment to raise funding. Most leads were self-generated. Collaborated with the production team and the project’s lawyers to negotiate the Private Placement Memorandum, investor contracts, investment summary and other documents required for completion of the film. Crafted a package designed for marketing the project to potential investors as a means to secure funding. Partnered with the production team and external resources to plan fundraising events to raise the necessary capital. Officially began fundraising in late-January 2014.
