Andong South Korea

• Owner and manager of an English / Mathematics school in Andong South Korea that employed six Teachers and two bus drivers.• The school teaches students from primary school up to High school in English, Math’s, and traditional Korean language.• The business has been in operation for over four years.• School was forced to shut down due to Covid and I relocated back to Australia.

Vietnam

• Responsible for the safe operations of the Tungsten Refinery and plant • Supervised 200+ Vietnamese workers rotating over four crews. • Trained the Vietnamese Superintendent in managing the process plant.• Assisted the safety manager in running his department. • Saw an opportunity for improvement and came up with a dry grinding procedure that doubled plant production.• Responsible for running ICAM investigations• Liaised with the local Government officials and the joint venture partners• Communicated efficiently with multiple language speakers and language barriers

Laos

• I trained the Lao nationals on how to operate a DCS system and commission a Gold Plant. • Assisted in the commissioning and successful ramp up to full production of this plant. • Authored the training manual for the Lao workforce on operation of the DCS system.

Kwinana W Australia

• I was employed with Air Liquide at Penrose cylinder plant. I started with company 2 years earlier in Perth Australia at their Air Separation plant. The Air Separation Plant was controlled by a Steam Turbine, run via Delta V DCS.

• Employed on contract with BOC for 2 years at their Air Separation Unit in Perth as a process operator, I was involved in all facets of the operation on site.
