Worked in the Fresh Produce industry for over 35 years now, following a few years studying Agriculture and Horticulture and working on fruit farms both in the UK and Germany.I started my career on the technical side of the business and soon hopped across into commercial , initially in supply chain, then account management, and settled into procurement.The past 28 years have been focused predominantly with UK conventional and organic top-fruit procurement, and also European organic procurement.
