About Alan Haire

Since graduating from Queen's University Belfast I have been a successful and motivated food and drinks professional in many different aspects of the hospitality business. From a young trainee at a leading city wine bar and restaurant, to becoming a highly successful and respected Opening General Manager both in the UK and Ireland with T.G.I. Friday's (the American Restaurant and Bar) and most recently taking the plunge and setting up on my own with the highly popular 'Green Vespa' (Great British Restaurant and Pub) which opened in Phnom Penh in 2004 and successfully served the expat and tourist community alike for nine years until earlier in 2013.
