Along side this came the responsibility for the day to day managing of all team leaders and work force, ensuring all dead lines were met to suit the clients Project plan.• Control all documentation and report writing forwarded to the client (Company standard of PRINCE2), managed by overall project plan.• Supervise all budgetary needs for all tasks in country (project specific budget varying from $65,000 - $300,000).• Manage all Team Leaders and De-miners deployed within country.• Client/Sponsor liaison within country.• Quality Assurance/Quality Control of all aspects of the projects being run in Kuwait.• Overseeing all logistical requirements required for a successful project.• Develop technical reports for potential clients, advising on best codes of practice and Standard operating procedures (SOP) required by the International Mine Action Standards (IMAS) to meet the guidelines required by the United Nations (UN).• Produce Health and Safety and Risk Assessments for all tasks to be carried out within the area of operations.• In house training and development for all personnel within country.• Actively seek and pursue future works within my area of Operations.
